Product Frequently Asked Questions
About Our Customers & Use Cases
Who are your products designed for?
Our products are designed for commercial and hospitality environments, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, banquet halls, event spaces, designers, and business owners who value durability, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
Where are your products typically used?
Our seating is commonly used in high-traffic commercial spaces such as dining rooms, lounges, bars, conference areas, and hospitality venues, as well as select residential projects that require commercial-grade quality.
Craftsmanship & Materials
What is steam-bent bentwood, and what makes it special?
Steam-bent bentwood is a traditional craftsmanship technique where solid wood is softened with steam and carefully shaped into curves without cutting or weakening the grain.
This method creates stronger joints, elegant curves, and long-lasting structural integrity, making bentwood chairs both durable and visually refined.
How can I be sure your products are built to last?
Our products are built using commercial-grade materials, reinforced joinery, and finishes designed for everyday use. Each piece is made to meet the demands of hospitality environments, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
Which glides do you normally use?
We typically use high-quality nylon or felt glides, depending on the product and intended floor surface. Other glide options may be available upon request.
Customization & Upholstery
Do you offer custom products?
Yes. We offer customization options on select products, including finishes, upholstery materials, and configurations, depending on the model and order quantity.
Do you offer custom upholstery, and is your foam fire-rated?
Yes. We offer custom upholstery options, and all foam used in our seating meets commercial fire safety standards, making it suitable for hospitality and public spaces.
What is the difference between your vinyl selections?
Our vinyl options vary in texture, durability rating, color range, and cleaning performance. All vinyls are commercial-grade and designed for easy maintenance, but some are better suited for higher-traffic or specific design needs.
What does COM (Customer’s Own Material) mean?
COM allows customers to supply their own upholstery material. We will upholster the product using your provided fabric, subject to approval and material specifications.
