- Before Your Order Arrives
If you are refurnishing your restaurant, take a picture of your dining area before the old chairs have been removed.
Take a picture of the delivery truck’s contents before your order is unloaded.
Then, inspect your order for missing or damaged items. If you find that something is damaged or part of your order is missing, take pictures of it immediately.
Take a picture of your restaurant with the new chairs in place. You can then contact our customer service specialists to upload the photos to support the guarantee and ensure product replacement.
All photos MUST be included in order to be eligible for the guarantee.
