Your products will be shipped using a common carrier delivery service. With this type of shipment, it will be your responsibility to unload your items, so you’ll need to be prepared to handle this part on your own.
Whether it’s with your own forklift or loading dock or a liftgate provided by the delivery service, you’ll need to make arrangements ahead of time to unload your packages.
Receiving Your Order
You are required to be present for the delivery of your items. This allows you to both sign for the order and ensure that no items are missing or damaged.
To plan ahead, take advantage of our call before delivery service—you’ll get a call giving you a 4-hour window of when to expect your chairs to arrive.
Drivers will usually wait 15 minutes before leaving. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be required to pay a redelivery fee before you can receive your purchase.
